Program Description UNB’s English program will expose you to literature that will deepen your understanding of different cultures and different people. It will refine your writing, oral communication, and critical thinking skills, show you how language is vital to our daily lives, and deepen your appreciation of beauty. You’ll study poetry, drama, films, and fiction that anchor our collective imaginations. Our faculty members have been recognized locally, regionally, and nationally for their excellence in teaching. We’ve developed innovative classes that enable you to debate, express, explore, and refine your ideas about the culture around you.
